Tom and Gisele Rent One Madison Pad in Two Days

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen only had to list their 3,300 SF apartment at One Madison for two days before a renter picked it up. They bought the unit—which takes up the whole 47th floor—in 2013 for $14M, according to the NY Post. The ask was $45k/month with a $2,500 discount if the renter wanted it unfurnished. [NYP]
