Gary Barnett’s Extell Development goes above and beyond with its developments, and 555Ten—its new luxury rental building on the West Side near Hudson Yards—is no different.

Standing at 650 feet tall, the 56-story building will have 478 luxury rental units across lofts, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Each floor alternates between a “light” and “darkinterior scheme, mainly reflected in the wood finishes, Porcelanosa tiling and flooring.

All apartments have washers and dryers—there’s also a laundry room, because why not—stainless steel appliances, views of the city and even a building-wide, single sign-on WiFi that Extell residential leasing and sales SVP Anna Zarro says is just as fast as fiber connection.

Designed by SLCE Architects and McGinley Design, the building also has over 30k SF of service and amenity space, spread across its double-height lobby (pictured), health and wellness floor, cellar and roof.

The amenity list includes a rooftop pool (pictured) and sundeck with cabanas (which can be reserved though the management company’s phone app); a rooftop club and bar (below) with an indoor/outdoor fireplace; a two-lane bowling alley; an arcade with Pac-Man, Golden Tee and other games; a children’s playroom; weight rooms; indoor bicycle parking; a covered indoor-outdoor seating area; and a room for studio cardio classes.

Dog owners will also be pampered with a covered dog park, on-site pet care and an independent dog bath for those want to wash their pets themselves, but don’t want to do it in their bathtubs.

Anna says dog owners can leave their pets at the doggy day care while they’re looking at apartments.

Even the indoor pool (rendered) is cutting edge, with saltwater instead of harmful chemicals.

We toured the building last week with Anna, looking at the model residences designed by Paris Forino and Lillian August. Anna says she and Extell have long-standing relationships with both designers.

Leasing will begin on Oct. 20.
