New York Multifamily

Palmer Square Management’s David Newton, whose company developed Princeton’s historical, mixed-use Palmer Square community, joined Habitat for Humanity of Trenton’s Pat Brogan to oversee the delivery of 28,620 bricks the developer donated to the non-profit. The new bricks are identical to those at The Residence at Palmer Square, going up now across Nassau Street from Princeton U. They’ll be used for seven houses on the 500 block of North Clinton Avenue. HFH Trenton has built 87 houses since it launched in 1986, 84 of them in East Trenton.
