Spitzer Plans Mixed-Use Tower at Hudson Yards

Spitzer Enterprises is planning a 414,700 SF mixed-use building on a Hudson Yards parking lot that it quietly took control of last year. According to an application filed with City Planning, 451 10th Ave will have 311k SF of office and retail space, with the remaining 103,700 SF for residential use. Maddd Equities paid $62M for a 99-year lease hold on the site last year, New York YIMBY reports. The corner lot building could potentially reach 700 feet in height. Spitzer also has a couple of rental buildings on the Williamsburg waterfront in the works. [NYY]
