Brookfield Place’s Food Market Opens Tomorrow

On Thursday, we snapped Brookfield's Ed Hogan, Dave Cheikin, Sabrina Kanner, CEO Dennis Friedrich, and Jerry Larkin at the preview night of Brookfield Place's Hudson Eats. Twelve of the 14 fast and healthy eateries open tomorrow, bringing back lunch options for Downtown's rising number of tourists and the office tenants like Time Inc that are snapping up space in the renovated former World Financial Center. Blue Ribbon Sushi will open in July, and Brookfield will announce the 14th and final shop soon. (Who wants to take bets? Loser buys lunch at Hudson Eats.)
