Last night, our nation's fourth-smallest state took home two victories at BOMA International's TOBYs in Orlando (where Bisnow has been on the scene this week for BOMA's 2014 Every Building Conference & Expo as BOMA's national media partner). The Wyndham Worldwide team won best corporate facility for the 250k SF 22 Sylvan Way, which the company occupies in full. Owned by Mack-Cali and co-managed by Premier Facility Services, it was the first building in New Jersey to earn double LEED Silver certs.

And Federal Business Centers’ 62-building, 8M SF Raritan Center Business Park won the industrial office category. Its 180 tenants benefit from public space that shows off the on-site wetlands and parks. (That pond would benefit from a nice foot bridge, but would Chris Christie let it open?)
