Check Out New York's First Hoxton Hotel

via New York YIMBY

Wythe Avenue's growing collection of new construction will soon include another attractive hotel. Now that an exterior rendering has leaked, we get to take a peek. Sydell Group is bringing New York its first Hoxton Hotel at 97 Wythe between North 9th and 10th streets. The Perkins Eastman-designed, 175-key hotel will span 49.1k SF with a 10k SF food-related manufacturing space, NY YIMBY reports. It will be nine stories tall with 23 open-air parking spaces, and the hotel portion will cantilever over the retail base. The building will also feature exposed cross-bracing as an homage to the industrial-contemporary buildings popping up in the area. Hoxton paid $17M for the site a year ago. There is no word on a delivery date. [NYY]
