Cushman & Wakefield has named Michael Daley its global chief marketing officer. Michael comes to the company after serving as an adviser during its merger with DTZ. He’ll report to Cushman & Wakefield global president Tod Lickerman and will be based in the firm’s NYC office. Spanning a career of over 30 years, he brings both B2B and B2C experience to the new role. Most recently, he helped launch a startup, and prior to that he served as CMO at Mercer. Before that, Michael was EVP of marketing & distribution at Principal Financial Group. He holds a bachelor's of science in economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Mark Weiss has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s New York office brokerage team as executive vice chairman. Mark was previously a vice chairman at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He’s done more than 1,800 transactions in a career spanning three decades, and has won REBNY’s Ingenious Deal of the Year award twice. He’s repped tenants including The Blackstone Group, Cornell University, Columbia University and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Among Mark’s notable recent deals was a land assemblage for a new Memorial Sloan Kettering and Hunter College campus on the UES.
