New York City building owners have a new, full-service contractor and project manager to renovate their properties.

Project management firm OC Development Management has acquired general contractor Metropolitan Building Services in a move that will bring many of New York City's high-profile development projects under a full development management firm, to be known as OCDM.

L&L Holding Co. veteran Jonathan Ninnis, 35, founded OC and will serve as president and principal of the combined firm, alongside chief operating officer Michael Sci, director of project management Jamil Lacourt and director of construction Paul Paleologos.

"This is an opportunity to take both companies to the next level," Ninnis said in a telephone interview Monday afternoon. "I have worked for many years with Michael and Jamil, and spent the better part of a year recruiting Paul before we launched."

The firm will be working on other renovations, including a 200K SF commercial property at 695 Sixth Ave. and six floors for WeWork at 142 West 57th St.

"We touch about 2M SF of real estate at any given time," Ninnis said.
