They’re growing up so fast! Marcus & Millichap associate broker Nat Rockett (here with neice Laurie and brother CJ) is referring to the city’s tech businesses, many of which are now coming to maturity. As a result, he sees a resurgence of tech business returning to Midtown. Nat, who recently came to Marcus & Millichap from Cushman & Wakefield, predicts tech entrepreneurs and employees, also reaching maturity, will be moving the wife and kids back to the suburbs, just as previous generations have done.
