Paul Massey’s B6 Real Estate Advisors is continuing its hiring spree, signing up three new brokers to its investment sales division.

Former director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services and Cushman & Wakefield alumnus Ben Efraimov is joining B6 as senior director of investment sales, the firm announced Monday. Jermaine Pugh, who previously worked at Eastern Consolidated and GFI Realty Services, along with Robert Stufano, formerly of the Naftali Group and Massey Knakal, are joining B6 as directors of investment sales.

“Ben, Jermaine and Robert are representative of the next generation of professionals we are aiming to attract and support as they evolve into leaders in the industry,” B6 Chief Operating Officer Neil Heilberg said in a statement. “As we continue to build out the senior leadership of B6, we are now also filling our core teams with talented, disciplined, ambitious brokers who will be at the forefront of disrupting the investment sales market.”

Efraimov will focus on the Northeast Queens territory for the firm, according to B6. Pugh will specialize in multifamily, retail and mixed-use property sales in Flatbush and Ditmas Park in Brooklyn, while Stufano will focus on the Upper East Side.

The firm also announced Dion Duyck is joining the firm as managing director of marketing and communications. She previously worked at Eastern Consolidated, Massey Knakal and Cushman & Wakefield.

B6, founded by Paul Massey, Michael Wlody and Neil Heilberg, launched this summer as an investment sales and capital advisory firm focusing on the middle market. Massey has said he wants to hire 50 brokers by next year, and has scooped up brokers like Cushman & Wakefield's DJ Johnson.

There have been significant shakeups in the investment brokerage landscape this year. Dealmaker Bob Knakal, who co-founded Massey Knakal with Massey, is now at JLL, having been let go from Cushman & Wakefield in June.

Eastern Consolidated closed down this summer, and its founders Peter Hauspurg and Daun Paris last week announced they are joining ABS Partners Real Estate. Meanwhile, Compass has launched its own commercial division, hiring former Eastern brokers Adelaide Polsinelli and Robin Abrams.
