On this week's episode, we talk with B6 Real Estate Advisors CEO Paul Massey, who ran for mayor of New York City as a Republican in 2017 before withdrawing from the race. He put his support behind Michael Bloomberg’s run in this year's Democratic primary, but then switched his support to Biden when Bloomberg dropped out.

He talks here about the impact of the presidential election on the city, what real estate needs in the next few months, and how the outcome of this presidential race could shape an important mayoral election next year.

"We need to think about who our leaders are going to be, we need not to be as party-orientated as people-oriented — meaning look at the leadership, look at the potential to run a sophisticated, large organization," he said. "I'm a businessman, and I look at the mayor's position as more of a CEO role."
