CPEX Real Estate Services is celebrating its sixth anniversary this month after opening its doors in September 2008, but it’s looking for more people to share in the coming celebrations. Earlier this year, CPEX started its Sales Training Program, a 16-week paid program to introduce aspiring brokers to the real estate industry and prime them for a career at CPEX. In the midst of its second session, the program offers in-house lectures with sales manager Carlos Matos (right, with one of his trainees) while participants simultaneously pursue their official salesperson licenses. Upon completing classes and examinations, trainees go through a series of weekly rotations with each of CPEX’s sales and leasing teams for hands-on experience. The company hopes to add at least eight associates to its sales force at the end of this program and continue the growth that got CPEX to six years and counting.
