Finally, we capped our night at M1-5 on Walker Street for YREPNY’s networking event, where we were greeted by co-presidents Mike Strug of Potomac Realty Capital and Erik Dowling of The Woodlark Cos. and board member Justin Sutter of FTI Consulting. (Don't confuse the restaurant's name with British intelligence agency MI-5. Though, Erik’s giant phone could double as a secret weapon.) Last night was the first of the group’s three summer networking events for its 4.5k members; there will be a Midtown party on July 14 and a rooftop shindig on August 19.

She tells us she recently began Twittering (Tweeting?), finding old friends and connecting with her favorite author, William Gibson. She’s also at the construction onset of a 38k-SF trade school in Herald Square, which will be completed this fall.
