Terreno Realty Corp purchased the 211k SF industrial building at 670 Belleville Tpke in Carlstadt, NJ from Russo Development for $32.6M. East Main Street Equity Partners, an entity controlled by Aegean Capital, purchased the 103k SF 750 East Main St in Stamford from 750 Acquisition Co for $17M. CBRE’s Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley, and David Gavin repped the seller in the transaction, which was the first REO sale in the Stamford market.***CPEX Real Estate’s development and conversion team arranged the sale of 385-393 4th Ave in Park Slope, Brooklyn for $6.5M. Current plans call for 52 residential units totaling 61k SF and 3,300 SF of community use space.

A NY-based buyer purchased a 60-unit mixed-unit multifamily building a 2 Osborne Terrace in Newark for $2M. CBRE’s Charles Berger brokered the deal.

Macy’s leased an additional 10k SF at 1440 Broadway, where it occupies more than 170k SF. CBRE’s Scott Gottlieb and Michael Laginestra repped the tenant, while Jordan Berger repped owner Monday Properties in-house.***10 W 33rd St saw three leases: Braha Industries’ six-year, 7,000 SF lease, SD Wholesale’s five-year, 1,100 SF lease, and PLV Studio’s six-year, 1,000 SF lease. He was previously with JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services.
