On the biz side, Erik tells us that his firm has deals closing in multifamily and hospitality. Watch for further loosening of capital in 1Q, he adds. We’ll raise a glass to that.
Massey Knakal’s Michael Azarian, Choice NY Management’s Michael Feldman, Vicus Partners’ Aaron Kaufman, T&B Global Developments’ Sibel Clark, and Lacina Heitler Architects’ Doug Houstoun. Sibel tells us that she’s working on 16-unit mixed-use development in Midtown, while Aaron is a Broadway sensation. Correction: Aaron just closed on a lease renewal for an accounting firm at 61st and Broadway.
