| Afterwards, we dropped by Union Bar for YREPNY’s holiday party, where we snapped Hopkins, Sampson & Brown’s Joseph Aratow(who recently launched YREP’s Joizey counterpart), Strategic Capital Solutions’ Alex Lizarazo, Christine Kim, Strategic Capital Solutions’Erik Dowling, and Mike Strug. On the biz side, Erik tells us that his firm has deals closing in multifamily and hospitality. Watch for further loosening of capital in 1Q, he adds. We’ll raise a glass to that. |
