The 12-story, 185-unit Tapestry apartment building, at 124th Street and Second Avenue, has finally opened its doors. Last week, co-developers Jonathan Rose Cos. and Lettire Construction Corp. held a ribbon-cutting at the project, which is part of the 125th Street River to River Rezoning, a multi-city agency effort to infuse the area with cultural, retail, entertainment, and residential uses. It's also on track to become East Harlem's first LEED Gold rental residential development.
