NEW BEGINNINGS

Last week, we stopped by The Williams Club for National Realty Club’s annual holiday party, where we snapped president Tom Graf, NorthMarq’s Deanna Polizzo, and Oppenheimer & Co.’s Lance Wilson. There are lots of new beginnings for members, in particular Tom and NRC regular Adam Marsh, who just started Mill Pond Capital—watch for the firm’s official launch soon. It was also the group’s last event at the Williams Club; NRC is now moving its programs to E. 55th St.’s Friars Club, where it will kick off ’10 with economic guru Sam Chandan on January 6.
Working Realty’s Josh Prottas, John Samuelson Realty’s John Samuelson, Massey Knakal’s James Nelson, and CPA George Bennett. The ever-busy James just completed a trio of deals, closing on a commercial ground loan for a TriBeCa condo, signing a contract for an apartment building in Gramercy, and selling a 892-SF retail property at 70 Seventh Ave. South for $963k in a 1031 exchange, which closed in under two weeks. Now he’s headed off to Tokyo to spend a well-deserved holiday.
