It's the largest sales transaction in Fairfield County this year to date. Cushman & Wakefield's Trip Hoffman, James Fagan, and Sal Buono repped the seller, and will serve as the property's leasing agents.

They then closed the month by spending the Friday before Thanksgiving with Monday Properties, where they met COO Brian Robin for breakfast to discuss his experience in the industry and updates on Monday Properties' current projects, including its leasing efforts at 230 Park Avenue and the recent groundbreaking of 1812 N. Moore in Rosslyn, Va. (Bisnow coverage).
