NAI Long Island's Two New Partners
NAI Long Island's Brian Pinnola, Carmine Inserra, CEO Jeffrey Finn, Al Centrella, John Simone, John LaRuffa, and Frank Socci
We may have covered the NAI Global circuit yesterday, but we couldn’t miss last night’s North Hills Country Club fete for John LaRuffa and Brian Pinnola, new partners at NAI Long Island. We snapped this of NAI’s Brian, Carmine Inserra, CEO Jeffrey Finn, Al Centrella, John Simone, John, and Frank Socci. John’s busy marketing the 180k-SF 538 Broadhollow Rd. and has seen quite an increase in activity—we hope to hear about deals from him soon. Brian’s handling the 22-building Seagis Properties office-industrial portfolio at JFK Airport, with availabilities from 250 to 50k-SF. (Fun fact: Brian’s father worked for the Port Authority, so there’s been a Pinnola running around JFK for 60 years.)
Bedford Construction Group’s James Vilardi, Ambrosino Consultant Corp.’s Michael Ambrosino, and Town of North Hempstead 3rd District councilman Angelo Ferrara
Bedford Construction Group’s James Vilardi, Ambrosino Consultant Corp.’s Michael Ambrosino, and Town of North Hempstead 3rd District councilman Angelo Ferrara. We’re sure you’ve seen the ubiquitous clothing donation bins at retail centers and parking lots around Long Island—Angelo and the town board recently passed an amendment so only 501(c)(3) organizations are able to place them. He aims to prevent for-profits from placing unmarked bins next to them, misleading the public, and says that the legitimate charities can now confiscate those bins. Go Angelo!
