We also stopped by NYCREW's holiday gala at the Columbus Club last night and snapped some of the outgoing officers and board of directors: Marcus & Millichap's Karen Dome, Brixmor Property Group's Nicole Horne, Carmel Partners' Erin Beitz, Douglas Elliman's Faith Hope Consolo, Wells Fargo's Christine Chipurnoi, Citibank's Laura Walker (who'll take over as the org's president for 2014), Trepp's Annemarie DiCola, and Akerman Senterfitt's Beth Zafonte.
Also at the packed party: Lemery Greisler's Theresa Skaine; Sutton Alliance's Theresa Garelli; Trepp's Martha Coacher, Sarah Quirk, and Sahar Ghavami; and UBS's Leila Larijani. Winners of the this year's Vanguard awards were Christine, Faith, Karen, Laura, Erin, Unified New Cassel Community Revitalization Corp's Kennetha Pettus, and Ted Moudis Associates' Lucy Carter.
