Savanna has closed on a $47M loan for FiDi’s 5 Hanover Squarewith Mesa West Capital, which will finance the completion of Savanna’s capital improvement plan, leasing, and tenant fit-out costs. The 333k SF Henry G. Green-designed building has undergone $24M worth of renovations and upgrades since Swig Equities started in '03, and the new loan will cover bathroom and hallway renovations, elevator and major building system upgrades, and minor cosmetic improvements to the lobby. Swig remains the managing agent, and a marketing and leasing effort with Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank Centro and Swig’s Todd Korren has launched. Eastdil Secured’s Adam Spies repped the owner in the financing.
