VTS And Yardi Collaboration Creates Standard Interface For Yardi Voyager

Leading leasing and asset management platform VTS just announced the rollout of a collaborative interface with Yardi Voyager.

VTS is leveraging Yardi's open system with the deployment of a standard Application Programming Interface (API) with Yardi Voyager 7S for direct integration of lease-level data.

This synthesis provides users with a complete view of their tenant base and active leasing, and allows VTS and Yardi users to view robust data sets, including leasing activity and exposure, in one place.

This standard interface further enhances VTS Connect, which similarly integrates disparate technologies and data services into a centralized platform.

The linkage enables VTS and Yardi clients to pull contracted lease data, which serves as a baseline for all deals, into the VTS platform.  This provides asset managers, brokers and landlords with vital information quickly, which ultimately increase the return on their portfolios.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with Yardi to co-develop this API for our mutual customers," said VTS’s head of global solutions and alliances, Grant Wood. "With VTS Connect, our goal is to create a hub of tools and data needed to drive smarter, faster deals. Contracted lease data is fundamental to all deals, making the interface with Yardi an important addition to VTS Connect."

The platform works on both computers and smartphones.

Both companies have committed to continued development to ensure the standard API meets client needs.
