Drones Increase Property Inquiries By Over 400%

Drone use in commercial real estate is taking off, as aerial videos and pics showcase a property’s assets with ease. And it's paying off—listings with videos receive over 400% more inquiries, according to VideoBrewery.com.

While many of those inquiries lead to nothing, some lead to future renters/buyers—property managers who combined 3D floor plans with a video get over 60% more leads than the national average, according to data from ForRent.com.

“Drone video footage from up above is a natural evolution in making rental transactions close faster because there’s less doubt and uncertainty on the part of the tenant,” said Bob Gruder, founder and CEO of Lifeclips.com, which manufactures and sells action cameras that are attached to drones. [NewsMax]
