Last fall, Houston's Camden Property Trust revealed that signing for and distributing packages to tenants was costing the company about $3.3M per year in man-hours. In response, Camden decided to stop receiving packages at a main location, and residents must now have parcels left at their doorstep regardless of their ability to sign for them. 

Postal Solutions was founded in 2000 by college students, and 16 years later, it's still helping commercial properties effectively handle the arduous task of distributing mail to tenants.
