Kent's first order of business: thanking Oliver & Co's John Oliver for his year of service as the 2014-2015 chair and chief elected officer (and a thank you to his wife Karen for her support of John's position). John has taken on leadership positions in BOMA for nearly 30 years, starting with what was then BOMA Atlanta. "I have one request," he said to attendees. "Get involved, please. It's up to you to create your own success."
