Christmas In July?

We love getting Christmas cards, and this jolly one from the JLL management team at Los Angeles' 707 Wilshire encouraged us to turn up The Beach Boys' "Little Saint Nick." For the past several years, the staff has created a holiday card pic that reps their teamwork and humorous spirit—past themes have included bad Christmas sweaters, antlers, and tossing the presents under the tree. Many of the staff have been with the 62-story, Class-A building, owned by Beacon Capital Partners since '07, for over 15 years.
