Hollywood continues to boom, now attracting Netflix to call the surging neighborhood home. The video streaming company has signed a long-term lease to occupy 200k SF at Hudson Pacific Properties' new Icon at Sunset Bronson Studios (pictured). No word on the length of the lease, but it's the largest office lease in Hollywood and doubles Netflix's LA footprint. As Bisnow reported earlier this year, Hollywood has been pushing to attract creative office users with new construction and top-notch amenities. Netflix is also nearly doubling its size in the Bay Area, adding 240k SF in Los Gatos this December. [LAT]
