JP Morgan Chase will spend $137M for a 130K SF office building under construction in Dublin, according to Bloomberg.

Kennedy Wilson’s 200 Capital Dock is part of a massive mixed-use development that features elegant riverside apartments, a mix of office styles and wide public realm spaces. The building can accommodate more than 1,000 workers and is due to complete in Q3 2018.

“Given the momentum of our local businesses, this new building gives us room to grow and some flexibility within the European Union,” Carin Bryans, senior country officer for JP Morgan in Ireland, said in a statement. “Dublin has the vibrant business and technology communities that suit a global firm like ours.”

Dublin has seen a flurry of post-Brexit lettings as companies search for a European base of operations. A report published by CBRE said the Irish capital has a vacancy rate of about 7%, compared to 7.7% a year earlier.
