VIDEO: BFC Hypes Outlet Mall, World's Tallest Ferris Wheel
Real estate marketing videos typically rely on soundtracks of swelling classical music or forgettable muzak. But the new two-minute trailer for the 1.1M SF Emipre Outlets development on Staten Island takes a different route—-and one that befits the borough—with some Vegas-style EDM to tout BFC Partners bringing 100 stores (anchored by a 100K SF Nordstrom Rack), a 190-room hotel and, at 630 feet, what the developer claims to be the tallest Ferris wheel in the world. Check out the strobe lit renderings for a sneak peek of the boutique lodging (which is quite the Standard lookalike) and observeration wheel.
