To Compete With Airbnb, This Hotel Brand Will Offer 24/7 Concierge Services For A Full Year

Looking to become a leader in the luxury home-sharing market, Accor S.A. is updating its loyalty program.


The hotel group will offer 24/7 concierge services to its Onefinestay guests for a full year after their stay. Similar to an around-the-clock event planner, loyalty members can use the service, called "Higher Living," to help plan birthday parties, host showers and arrange weddings. Services range from help pinning down event venues and caterers to arranging day trips or sending flowers to a friend.

Higher Living will be offered exclusively to guests of the Onefinestay luxury rental brand. Accor acquired Onefinestay in 2016 and has been actively growing its footprint. The hotel group additionally purchased Travel Keys and Squarebreak last year and has since merged both under the Onefinestay umbrella. The company now has more than 10,000 units in over 200 destinations around the globe.

Onefinestay aims to offer luxury and personalized experiences with features such as toiletries, private chefs and excursions.
