With a new year comes the time to set new goals. For commercial real estate organizations, these may include upskilling and staying informed about the evolution of the industry, using what they learn to advance their business.

Bisnow helps CRE achieve these goals by offering educational workshops for professionals across every field, asset class and stage of their careers. These workshops, created in partnership with real estate research and education platform Thesis Driven, support career development and professional growth from the comfort of the desk with topics such as capital raising strategies and using artificial intelligence in real-world cases.

Thesis Driven co-founder and Editor-in-Chief Brad Hargreaves and co-founder Paul Stanton said the company, together with Bisnow, is building a more flexible and more relevant education platform for real estate professionals — one that covers core fundamentals while also looking ahead to where the industry is going: emerging and niche asset classes and the fast-moving world of AI, technology and innovation.

“Our partnership with Bisnow is about meeting the real estate industry where it is right now: curious, cautious and hungry for practical insight about where we’re headed in the future,” Hargreaves said.

Companies can use these courses to invest in their top talent, helping their team level up in their roles and gain new skills as well as ensuring their business stays competitive, especially when it comes to adopting new technologies such as AI.

“Real estate is a relationship-driven industry, but it’s also one that’s being reshaped quickly by new capital dynamics, new technologies and new operating models,” Stanton said. “These new workshops are exciting because they’re designed to demystify those shifts and trends and give people practical frameworks they can use immediately.”

Workshops are live and will take place over Zoom at the scheduled time, with a Q&A following each session. Attendees can also access a recording of the session. The workshops are open to individuals as well as teams within the same organization, which can take advantage of group discounts.
