The Fabulous Real Estate Of Music Mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs

National

Whether he's teaming up with A-lister Mark Wahlberg to donate a million bottles of water to Flint, MI, or joining forces with Kanye West for his new album, the $735M man really won't stop making boss moves—and buying up beautiful real estate along the way. Check out the Mount Vernon native’s most enviable estates.

The music mogul copped this huge mansion in Alpine, NJ (aka Rapper’s Delight, NJ…seriously) from famed fellow industry mogul Tommy Mottolla in 2003. The 17k SF, 26-room house sits pretty on three acres, with stunning features—including nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a boat dock.

The "Bad Boy" also owns a posh mansion in Toluca Lake. And that’s just for his kids to lay their heads. (Cool dad.) He bought the 9.6k SF six-bedroom Georgian style mansion in 2009 for $5.25M in the coveted Toluca Lake district, just 12 miles from downtown Los Angeles.

Diddy also owns a spot in the city at 230 W 56th St with a gorgeous Central Park view, which he put up for sale in 2012. The all-lucite 2.3k SF Park Imperial loft initially hit the market for $8.5M, but later dropped to $7.9M

In his most recent deal, Diddy snatched up a $39M, 17k SF home in Holmby Hills, CA. The tricked-out property includes a pool and grotto connected by an underwater tunnel, a 35-seat theater, a wine room, a spa-like area (with steam and massage), and a beauty salon in a separate building.
