ATLANTA: A City's Resurgence

It's hard to pinpoint a single deal in 2013 that would highlight Atlanta's resurgence. So it's safe to say Atlanta's biggest deal is, well, all of them. From State Farm devouring more than 1M SF in office space in Central Perimeter in a massive consolidation to the late-year announcement that the Atlanta Braves are moving its stadium to Cobb County (which include plans for a huge mixed-use project surrounding it), Atlanta finally saw real activity across all submarkets.
