Swing that hammer! Pipeline Workspaces, a shared workspace with locations in Brickell and Philadelphia, hosted a demolition ceremony this week to celebrate the start of construction at 95 Merrick Way, a 14k SF shared office space. Snapped is Coral Gables Business Improvement District executive director Marina Foglia. Coral Gables Mayor Jim Cason and the president of the local Chamber of Commerce, Mark Trowbridge, took a swing too.
