Another North Beach Development Gets Green Light

Placeholder

Another hint that North Beach is heating up: the Miami Beach Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the development of 8204 Harding Ave in the neighborhood. It will be New York-based Sterling Holdings first project in South Florida, and will consist of 13 rental units. Plans call for a mix of modern and Art Deco influences, as well as a robotic lift parking system that fits 20 cars, The Real Deal reports. Currently there are nine residential towers planned or underway between 63rd and 88th streets. [TRD]
