Wellness Activities in Unused Office Space

Negotiations between landlords and tenants are getting tough these days. Actually, its part of A Deeper Breath, a new initiative by Continental Real Estate Cos (CREC) that enables property owners to offer free weekly health and wellness activities in unused office space. The initiative, brainchild of CRECs co-founder Carol Brooks, includes Zumba, Pilates, kickboxing, meditation, massages, smoothie breaks, and tug-of-war (which should be an Olympic sport again, if you ask us). A Deeper Breath is already up and running at 2121 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, 2301 Lucien Way in Maitland, and Pembroke Pines Professional Center in Broward County.
