Tenants Grabbing More Miami Office Space
More than a handful of new-to-market tenants are looking for office space around Downtown/Brickell and Coral Gables, Taylor & Mathis principal Brian Gale tells us. Thats one good sign for the Miami office market, he says. But theres also a plethora of tenant expansions occurring, specifically in the professional services and medical industries. His company has repped the landlords in 13 new and renewal deals totaling 285k SF in Downtown Miami and Brickell so far this year, he reports.
Recently, law firm Foreman Friedman expanded the size of its offices by nearly 35%, inking a 15k SF renewal and expansion of their offices at the 700k SF One Biscayne Tower. Brian, along with colleagues Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, and Jeannette Mendoza, repped the landlord in the deal, which was co-brokered by Cresa'sJohn Marshall.
