Promenade At Howard Hughes To Get $30M Overhaul

Placeholder

A $30M makeover is coming to the Promenade at Howard Hughes Center in Westchester.

The shopping center will be rebranded as HHLA.

While around half of the tenants will remain at the center, there will be new shops and restaurants to replace the other half, Curbed Los Angeles reports. Dave & Buster's, Starbucks, the Cinemark movie theater and other major tenants are scheduled to stay open during the reno.

There will also be new building façades and signage.

The just-opened Altitude Apartments is bringing 545 luxury rental units to the area.

The project should be completed by Q2 2018.
