Lewis Brisbois Signs 215k SF Lease at US Bank Tower

We tend to agree, having previously dubbed the area "next." The law firm signed a 15-year, 215k SF lease, after it was forced to leave its 160k SF space at 221 N Figueroa. Last year's Da Vinci fire put an end to that.
Jonathan says the renaissance of Downtown LA with the live/work/play motto of Millennials has become a big draw for companies of all types as retail, supporting services and entertainment venues are popping up at a rapid pace. The 72-story tower has been undergoing a $50M reno, which includes the addition of two new high-end restaurants; a major overhaul of the lobby; and the completion of an observation deck on the top floors. Landlord OUE Limited was repped by Cushman & Wakefield's John Eichler and OUE's Peter Johnston.
