Shanghai's Greenland USA just celebrated the topping off of its second residential tower at Metropolis.

The final steel beam was nailed in place last week on top of the 40-story tower, which will include 514 condos and retail space.

The $1B mixed-use development is the largest, mixed-use development in DTLA, Curbed reports.
