Unique Pershing Square Condos Planned

Placeholder

As if DTLA wasn't already booming, a nearly 60-story tower is being proposed...and it's not just any tower.

It would allow condo owners to swim in personal lap pools with some hovering above the ground on the corner of Fifth and Hill streets.

Jeffrey Fish is developing the project, which he proposed to the City of LA last week, the LA Times reports.

It would be built on an empty lot he bought 13 years ago next to the Pershing Square Building.

The Fifth and Hill project could be realized in two ways. Either it would consist of a 55-story tower with 100 condos, a 200-room hotel and 27,500 SF of commercial space, or a 57-story building, featuring 142 condos and 25k SF of retail. [LAT]
