A new mixed-use development may be coming to the San Pedro waterfront.

Plans for a complex with retail and residential space on nearly 2.5 acres (550-560 S Palos Verdes St) were filed last week with the LA Department of City Planning.

Omninet Capital is proposing the development, which could include a six-story structure with 403 residential units, 5,200 SF of ground-level retail and a 639-car garage, according to Urbanize LA.

The development would be across the street from The Vue, a 16-story residential tower.

Other projects coming to the area include the revitalization of San Pedro's Ports O' Call by The Ratkovich Co for which renderings are being unveiled today. [ULA]
