The huge Ivy Station mixed-use project from Lowe Enterprises, which will include residences, a hotel and offices, is scheduled to break ground in February.

The massive project will cause the temporary closure of the Metro Culver City Station parking lot between Washington, National and Venice boulevards, around Feb. 6.

Ivy Station will feature a 148-key hotel, 200 residential units, 210k SF of offices and more than 36k SF of ground-floor retail space, Culver City Crossroads reports.

AECOM Capital is also developing Ivy Station, which is being designed by Cuningham Group, Melendrez, Killefer Flammang Architects and EYRC Architects.

Lowe Enterprises will be holding a public meeting to update local neighbors about plans for the construction.

The development is scheduled to be completed in 2019. [CCC]
