Properties: Howard Hughes Center, manages the development of Univision, Sony Building in Santa Monica, Brea Marketplace, Verizon Wireless Campus in Irvine, The Exchange in Hawthorne, Compton Senior Activity Center, the Garey Building and Ivy Station, a mixed-use project being built in Culver City that will include around 200 apartments, 200k SF of office and a 148-room boutique hotel.

Leadership: Lowe Enterprises was founded by Bob Lowe. Bob’s sons, Rob and Michael, work with him. Michael is co-CEO and CIO, and Rob is co-CEO of Lowe Enterprises and co-Chairman of Two Roads Hospitality
