Groundbreaking Scheduled For Park Fifth

Construction could soon begin on Park Fifth, the mixed-use high-rise that will be built downtown near Pershing Square.

MacFarlane Partners is scheduled to break ground on the first phase of the development in April. Demolition will be done on the parking structure on the western side of the property, according to Urbanize LA.

The seven-story project on a 2.25-acre site will have 313 apartments and 7k SF of retail space.

The building could be completed by mid-2018. [ULA]
