North Hills Build-to-Suit Nears Completion

The 127k SF building at 16719 Schoenborn St is expected to be complete in August, about 18 months after Walker Zanger leased the build-to-suit. CBRE SVP David Harding (snapped here at the site with SVP Greg Geraci) says Walker Zanger will be consolidating from three buildings in the East Valley. 

The development will include a custom showroom, 24k SF of office space, a two-story atrium, 30-foot warehouse ceiling clearance and 10 dock high loading doors. In addition to David and Greg, First VP Matt Dierckman and VP Billy Walk repped landlord Geringer Capital, and JD DeRosa of Transwestern repped Walker Zanger.
