Marcus & Millichap's IPA Going Retail

National director Bill Rose will run the unit and says his group has strong access to institutional buyers and private capital, which will help it go after bigger trades. IPA-Retail is starting out with 15 brokers, and is part of an overall growth strategy for Marcus & Millichap to move its institutional footprint into other specialty segments.
