Staff Are Forced To Come Back

Some companies clearly feel their staff need to be in the office pretty much five days a week to be most productive. They are in the minority, but there are some high-profile examples: Goldman Sachs has been vociferous in saying it expects staffers to do most of their work in the office. 

This is the line your tenant decides to take, mandating that while staff can spend the odd Friday working from home or leave early to pick up the kids, that is the exception rather than the rule.
