Pembroke Real Estate Pre-Lets Its Entire New Development To Fidelity Investments

Fidelity International, the global investment and retirement savings business, pre-let Pembroke Real Estate’s entire 4 Cannon St development, a new 106k SF office building in the heart of the City of London.
Fidelity International will move upon completion of construction in 2019.
The salmon-coloured sandstone building will offer unrivaled views of the City and St. Paul’s Cathedral from a panoramic roof terrace, and offer best-in-class technology and sustainability.
Pembroke has appointed Mace as main contractor for the development and construction work is underway.
